Ken Brandstetter, Director of National Accounts

Ken Brandstetter is a veteran in the foodservice industry, where his career began on the restaurant side of the business. Ken is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and attended the Culinary Institute of America (CCSP). He was an Executive Chef for 10+ years, then made a career move to the sales side of the industry, working for major manufacturers for the past 25 years.

His passion for the foodservice industry is second to none, with a continuing focus on custom products, solution selling, and bringing new, innovative and cutting-edge products to his customers. Ken welcomes the opportunity to bring Haliburton’s science and culinary expertise to you, the customer!
