Haliburton manufactures a line of shelf stable and extended shelf life refrigerated sauces, dips, marinades and spreads. Distributed primarily to restaurant and foodservice operators, these products utilize our Flash Pasteurization – Flash Cooling process. This process locks in flavors and volatile aromas and extends the shelf life of these products and is a critical Food Safety Step as it kills any potentially harmful microorganisms such as E-coli, listeria and salmonella. Once pasteurized, these products are deemed Ready-to-Eat and can safely be served without any further heating or preparation.
Packed in flexible pouches from 1 pound to 10 pounds, these products often incorporate some of Haliburton’s unique ingredients. From Habanero Mango Glaze, Miso Ginger Sauce and Chipotle Citrus Marinade to Roasted Tomato Arrabiata Sauce, Roasted Artichoke Olive Tapenade and Sautéed Red Onion Marmalade, Haliburton has the solutions. And best of all, most of our products are all natural and preservative free.
