Josh Fischer is a food industry specialist with over a decade of successful experience in national account food service, retail and industrial product sales including the US and Canada. Josh specializes in providing solutions to his customers by presenting and collaborating on new menu concepts and product innovation.

Josh is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School and held chef positions at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Ritz Carlton’s Lake Las Vegas Hotel and the Northwoods Hotel in Big Bear, CA. Each of these properties provided the foundation for Josh’s culinary and back-of-the house operations experience.

Josh enjoys a good baseball or football game but can also be found in the kitchen at home making a delicious dinner.
