Justin Gorup is a Corporate Chef for Haliburton International Foods, Inc. Justin’s career spans over 20 years in hospitality beginning with front of the house positions such as host, server, bartender and management with Buca di Beppo, Claim Jumper and BJ’s Brewhouse. More recently, Justin worked for Umami Burger, Zov’s Bistro, Yardhouse Restaurants, and The Ritz-Carlton, where he held culinary roles including Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, Corporate Management Trainer and Chef. Justin’s thorough front of the house and back of the house experience, coupled with his experience in widely diverse menus and concepts have helped him become extremely versatile, resourceful and creative, while always keeping the customer in mind.
Justin received an A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, California. In addition to being very passionate about his work, Justin also enjoys seeing live music, comedy shows and spending time with his young family.
