Vice President of Sales

Mike is a seasoned food service veteran, with more than 25 years in the industry. His career in food service started early working for his family’s restaurants in Boston. Following his family into the business, Mike attended the University of Massachusetts studying Hotel Restaurant Management and he also is a graduate of the CIA – CCSP program. Mike transitioned over to the “sales side” and has spent the vast majority of his career working for major Food Service manufactures and National Chains. Mike has a real passion for the food industry and enjoys collaborating with his customers to create custom solutions. Mike is looking forward to bringing Haliburton’s culinary offering and custom capabilities to the National account arena.
