R&D Commercialization Manager
Sri has worked at Haliburton International Foods for over 4 years, she is responsible for developing new food products and matching competitive products that are customer specific while also making sure these products fall under Haliburton’s product and processing capabilities. Sri manages the commercialization of Haliburton’s new products, and works actively with Research and Development, Culinary, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain teams in this process. With her extensive knowledge and understanding of various processing equipment combined with her product development expertise, she is actively involved in the continuous improvement of the processes and cost optimization of existing products. She effectively communicates the product and process changes to operations and Quality teams leading to overall continuous improvement.
Sri received her Masters in Food Science from Chapman University in Orange, California and her Bachelors of Technology in Biotechnology from JNTU in Hyderabad, India. She began as a Quality Analyst at Girard’s Fine Foods and then transitioned into product development and commercialization. Additionally, Sri is a Certified Food Scientist and SQF Practitioner.
